검색창에 localhost:8080 검색
*tomcat 구버전이있을경우
window키 + "service"입력 -> tomcat 찾아서 오른쪽 마우스 속성 -> 서비스상태 : 중지 -> 시작유형 : 수동으로 바꿔주기
